Q. Do you shop at wholesale stores like Sam's and Costco's?

A. Yes.

Q. Can I purchase Alcohol or Tobacco products through

A. Zippin Groceries will deliver tobacco products, however at this time we will not deliver alcohol products. Zippin Groceries does I.D. for every tobacco purchase. Anyone under 18 will not be sold tobacco.

Q. Can I use coupons?

A. Because Zippin Groceries has memberships with major grocery stores, coupons are not necessary. Our memberships provide us automatic discounts, which also get passed onto you.

Q. Why doesn't Zippin Groceries have price listings?

A. At Zippin Groceries we do not list prices due to price variations at different stores and due to frequent price fluxuation at these stores.

Q. Will I receive the original receipt from the grocery store?

A. Absolutly! You will receive the original receipt as well as a copy of your order, and receipt from payment.

Q. How detailed should the product description be?

A. At Zipping Groceries we strive to make sure your order is 100% correct. Therefore, we ask that you are as specific as possible when describing the item you wish to purchase.

Q. In the event that the item of my choice is not available, will you substitute it?

A. Yes, unless you specify otherwise. We will use the following guidelines when making substitutions:

  • If you do not specify a particular brand, we will select one that we belive to be of good quality.

  • If you do not specify a size, the medium size will be chosen.

  • If the product is out of stock we will substitute with a different comparable brand.

  • If it is not possible to substitute a brand or size, the item will be removed from the list and you will be notified at the time of delivery.

  • Zippin Groceries will not be held responsible for out of stock items.

If you do not wish to have items substituted, please indicate this at the time of your order.

Q. What is the waiting period for my groceries to be delivered?

A. Your groceries will be delivered 24-48 hours after your order is submitted.

Q. What is the cost of your services?

A. For all orders $149 and under we charge a fee of $25. For all orders $150 and above we charge 20% of the grand total.

If your grocery order is $150 or more, your fee is 20% of the total.
For example:

   $149 Groceries

+ $25 Fee

= $174 Total Cost


   $150 Groceries

+ $30 ( 20% Fee)

= $180 Total Cost

Q. What type of payment methods do you accept?

A. Zippin Groceries accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as well as debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo and personal checks. Zippin Groceries does not accept government issued food stamps at this time. Payment will be accepted at the time of delivery only.

Q.  Under what circumstances would additional fees be charged?

A. An additional $15 is charged for orders that have to be re-delivered. We also charge a $25 fee for all checks returned NSF.
